VLOG E12 I now have a broken Google Pixel 3 XL

I now have a broken Google Pixel 3 XL and I've not a clue how this happened. Considering the phone has lived in a case, has had a full-screen protector on it, and has never once been dropped in the less than two weeks I've owned it....I am dumbfounded. I will have to retract my praise for the Google Pixel 3 XL build quality...considering I've owned a ton of glass phones with no issues with any of them until this one.
