The cloud connects Team Rubicon and volunteers to rebuild communities


Team Rubicon mobilizes military veterans and first responders to help communities recover and rebuild from disasters. After Hurricane Harvey, Team Rubicon needed an enterprise grade solution to better track and manage their over 80,000+ volunteers. So staff worked with Microsoft to create a custom volunteer management system to track the volunteer efforts, costs, and results of each operation. The cloud-based platform connects Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft Teams, and other tools to create a seamless experience so that staff can spot and eliminate inefficiencies and keep better track of volunteers’ unique skills and experience to unlock that potential and apply it where and when it’s needed most.
